We won’t leave you out in the dark.

We provide warranty to all batteries, chargers and parts. The warranty is limited to manufacturer's defects and / or assembly only and warranty is not transferrable. NOTE: Battery cell damage caused by storing batteries in a low or discharged state is not covered under warranty. Wear and tear is not covered under warranty.

Please note, our batteries will require the user to manage them properly. We will not warrant a failed battery if the cells have stopped working because of misuse or the user has failed to keep the battery stored as per our guidelines here : If you intend to use them once or twice a year, our batteries are not for you. They love to be used as much as possible. Please read and understand our guidelines before purchasing. Batteries cannot be returned or refunded after purchase. 

  • Five Year Warranty on Lights
    Wear and tear on light connectors are not covered but we are happy to repair at a small cost 
  • One Year Warranty
    On all other parts, including batteries, chargers and accessories. 
    Wear and tear on battery cables & connectors are not covered

We will contact you ASAP and get you back on the road, doing more of what you love. We work very hard to ensure that the process for getting parts replaced is easy and trouble-free. Depending on where you are in the world, it should only take between one and five days to replace your goods.

Repairs and replacements

We build and service our lights and SLB-01 batteries in house. Should your light or battery be in need of a service or repair please contact us. If you are an existing customer, you can order replacements at discounted prices through our customer loyalty program.
