Hi, Just a quick note to let you know that I got my repaired light in the mail today. Thank you very much for sorting that out for me. You are obviously already aware of this but, providing a great product is only half the battle in business. So many companies manage that first part but fail dismally when it comes to follow-up support. You guys clearly understand this important truth and I’ve been extremely impressed with the care and support that you’ve offered me in having my lights repaired quickly and at a very reasonable cost. I was prepared to happily recommend Ay Up purely on the basis of the quality product but you now have a fan for life! Congratulations and keep up the good work. Cheers
